Local 15-year-old Participates in Learn to Golf Clinic
Designed for Children With Physical Challenges
Caleb Jeter to Practice Golf at Event for Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Chidren Patients
WHO:
Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (TSRHC) patients, families and staff
TSRHC patient Caleb Jeter, age 15 of Nolan, Texas
Golf and allied healthcare professionals
WHAT:
TSRHC patients will participate in a Learn to Golf clinic taught by golf and allied healthcare professionals specially trained to teach children with physical challenges. Junior golfers will learn about golf safety, etiquette, driving, chipping and putting.
Support for the Learn to Golf program is provided by funds from TSRHC donors, local businesses and individuals, Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA), Wadsworth Golf Charities Foundation and a multiyear grant provided by the United States Golf Association to aid in the expansion and enhancement of the program. There is no charge for patients to participate.

ABOUT CALEB JETER:
Caleb Jeter, age 15 of Nolan, Texas, has received treatment at TSRHC since he was a baby. This will be Caleb’s fourth time to participate in a Learn to Golf clinic. Caleb enjoys riding his bike, hunting and playing football and basketball. He also loves golf and looks forward to attending the Learn to Golf clinic every year to help improve his skills. His goal is to one day play on his high school’s golf team.
