Billing and Follow-up Director
This position manages and controls all processes related to the financial and operation support functions of assigned business unit within Patient Financial Services. BS degree plus five years medical business office/medical reimbursement experience to include two years experience as a supervisor or manager in a medical environment including; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CDM Analyst & Material Coordinator
Monitors and maintains the hospital’s departmental CDM to ensure that the coding of new and existing charge codes are within applicable coding guidelines, provides reimbursement analysis, assists with bill problem resolution, and provides coverage guidelines for billable services to reduce or prevent future claim denials. Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Business/Finance or Accounting is required with three or more years of billing or coding experience focused on CDM.  Mon. – Fri., Day Shift.

Information Technology – Business Systems Analyst   
Information Technology coordinates the secure collection, processing, and reporting of computerized data throughout the facility to support a reliable, efficient flow of information.  Information Technology oversees the daily operation of the systems within TSRHC and helps users with training, support, and problem solving.  This position is responsible for the management of MedSeries 4 financial system which includes; training materials, planning and implementation, development and coordination. Associate Degree with three years applicable experience.  Bachelor Degree preferred. Medical Records - Coding Specialist (Inpatient)
This position codes principal, secondary diagnoses and procedures for inpatients based on knowledge of coding systems, including ICD-9-CM and CPT-4. High school degree or equivalent required.  Graduate from an accredited HIM program and/or completion of AHIMA’s ICD-10-CM Academy preferred.  Minimum three years coding and abstracting experience with ICD-9-CM and CPT-4 in an acute care hospital and outpatient setting.  Demonstrated Knowledge of 3M coding and abstracting software.   Must be self motivated and detail oriented with excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.  Comprehensive knowledge of medical coding and coding compliance regulations.  RHIA, RHIT, and CCS certifications highly desired.  Mon. - Fri., Day Shift.

Psychology – Post Doctoral Fellow        
The Psychology Department works to provide quality patient care for children and adolescents coping with health-related conditions. Licensed psychologists and affiliated staff with expertise in pediatric psychology and behavioral health coordinate and participate in interdisciplinary health care, related teams, hospital committees and research. Direct clinical inpatient and outpatient services are provided to TSRHC patients, along with their families and caregivers. The Postdoctoral Fellow provides individual/group/family therapy to patient/families in a hospital setting. Doctorate in Psychology is required. Demonstrates knowledge of child development basic to the care of infants, toddlers, pre-school, school age-children, and adolescents. Previous experience with medical patients preferred.
