AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic Contenders to Visit Patients
at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children
Ole Miss Players, Coaches to Sign Autographs, Distribute Gifts

Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (TSRHC) patients, staff and volunteers

WHAT:
The Ole Miss Rebels and head coach, Houston Nutt, will visit patients at TSRHC before taking on Texas Tech in the 73rd AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic. Athletes will autograph T-shirts and posters. Dr Pepper Snapple Group generously donated items for the visit at TSRHC.

3:30 p.m.   Ole Miss players and coaches sign autographs for TSRHC patients

ABOUT THE 2009 AT&T COTTON BOWL:
The Cotton Bowl stadium has been home to the Cotton Bowl Classic since the game’s inception in 1937. Ole Miss (8-4, ranked No. 20) and Texas Tech (11-1, ranked No. 8) will square off for the fifth time in the last Classic played in the Cotton Bowl stadium. This will be the fourth Cotton Bowl Classic appearance for Ole Miss. The Rebels defeated TCU 14-13 in the 1956 game, dropped a 12-7 decision to Texas in 1962 and knocked off Oklahoma State 31-28 in 2004.

Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children is one of the nation's leading pediatric centers for the treatment of orthopedic conditions, certain related neurological disorders and learning disorders, such as dyslexia. There is no charge to patient families for treatment at the hospital, and admission is open to Texas children from birth to 18 years of age.
