Common Orthopedic Referrals
Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children primarily treats Texas children with orthopedic conditions. Some common orthopedic referrals include:
- Scoliosis
- Clubfoot
- Limb length discrepancy
- Slipped capital femoral epiphysis (SCFE)
- Spina bifida
- Kyphosis
- Dislocated hips
- Legg-Perthes
- Gait disturbance
- Syndactyly (webbed fingers)
- Congenital/traumatic limb difference
