Responsible for the construction and repair of wood, concrete, and masonry structures. Work includes installing interior finish work, including installing sheet rock, paneling or ceramic tile walls and installing ceiling and floor tile, millwork and trim; building forms for concrete construction and mixing, placing, and finishing concrete. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and prepare sketches for projects as well as make estimates of material and labor requirements. Experience in a healthcare environment is a strong benefit.
