Food Service Assistant - Dietary

The Dieary Assistant works in all areas of the Dietary department and performs various job duties as needed. High school degree or equivalent required. Completion of food production courses from a certified culinary arts school preferred. Minimum two years experience in a hospital or hotel setting with experience in patient trayline service, cafeteria, banquet service and cashiering required. Must be flexible in work assignments with excellent communication skills. Mon. – Fri. Day Shift w/ rotational weekends.
