Cook - Dietary (Cafeteria) Mon - Fri

This position is responsible for the preparation of short order cooking and serving for the cafeteria at breakfast and lunch. High school degree or equivalent required with a minimum of one year experience in food preparation in cafeteria or hospital food services desired. Certificate in a registered culinary arts school preferred with a major in food preparation. Must be a registered food service manager with the City of Dallas. Experience in food preparation for therapeutic diets very beneficial.  M – F. 5:30 am- 2:00 pm.
