Human Resouces (People) - HRIS Analyst

This position  researches, analyzes, designs and maintains desktop computer systems in support of human resources administration and projects. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other closely related field required.  Minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in large scale ERP Systems (e.g. Lawson) including implementation, maintenance, upgrading, testing, front and back-end processing, tables, reporting and end user support). Must possess advance computer proficiency with associated programs such as word processing, email, spreadsheet, and project management. Ability to respond to changing demands, priorities, procedures and technology. Excellent customer service, written and oral communications skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.  Lawson experience in a hospital setting highly desired.  Mon. – Fri. 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
