The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse who collaborates with nursing leadership to establish, define and refine department goals on the Inpatient Nursing Units consistent with organizational mission and goals. Coordinates and controls staffing to assure adherence to nursing standards. Effectively communicates and promotes nursing unit policies to ensure quality patient care and an optimal work environment. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Holds current Texas RN license or is eligible for reciprocity and holds a temporary permit from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners to practice professional nursing. Pediatric nursing experience preferred but not required. Night shift. 7pm- 7am.
