This position is responsible for the overall planning, organization and monitoring of all activities within the Family Services department, including supervision of Social Workers, coordination of language interpreters and services, appointment coordinators, and financial counselors. Master’s degree from an accredited school with a minimum of 5 years experience is required as well as three years supervision experience in a hospital setting. Texas State of Social Work Examiners TBSWE licensure at the LSW level required, and licensure at the LMSW or LMSW-ACP level preferred. A background in Case Management, Social Work, or Utilization Review is preferred. Qualified applicants must possess effective communication with proven leadership, analytical and problem solving skills.
