Appointment Secretary - North Campus (Plano)

This position provides full registration, receptionist and clerical services in the registration area. Is responsible for assistance with pre-registration and registration functions, collection of patient information to satisfy hospital policies, patient intake/scheduling and appointment/communication coordination with the clinical team. High school degree or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.  Knowledge of hospital/clinic routine or previous medical receptionist experience helpful. Excellent computer and public relations skills needed with the ability to manage a multi-line phone system.
