The Development department obtains funding for the hospital's annual operating budget through establishing and cultivating relationships with individuals, foundations and corporations and by receiving and acknowledging all donations. The department works closely with Special Events and Public Relations departments to plan and host activities to benefit our patients, recognize our supporters, increase the awareness of the hospital's mission and obtain funding. This position provides administrative support with holiday-related projects within the Development department. High school degree or equivalent required. Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet research. Raisers Edge Database experience preferred. Polished telephone, interpersonal and writing skills. Mon - Fri, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
